New TEAM promotions from within!

Marc Shakespeare – Team Leader for Financial Services Clients
Marc has been with the company for 3 years and has predominantly focused on Financial Service campaigns for clients. Marc’s previous work experience has been as a team leader with a major insurer, within a call centre environment. This combined with the experience he has gained while at Team will stand him in good stead for his new role.

Ian Pardoe – Team leader for IT and Technology Clients
Ian has been with Team for 7 years and while with us has completed his HNC in computing and information systems. This knowledge has helped Ian progress significantly and help develop calls for IT and technology clients.

Andreas Kiriakou – Team Leader Technology and Services Clients
Andreas has been with Team for 6 months during which time he has headed up campaigns bringing some great new suggestions and approaches to the table. His suggestions have measurably helped to develop and grow the campaigns he has been working on.

Richard Butcher – Administration Manager
Richard has been with Team for 2 years initially coming to the company to cover for maternity leave for another member of the admin team. During Richards time he has identified areas to develop and enhance our administration operations. He has not only made sound suggestions but also implemented them successfully in to sound working practices.

This is an exciting new era for Team! 3 new Team leaders with such talent and business acumen are going to enhance customer experience and propel new campaigns to exceed client expectations. Teamed with the new Administration Manager and his team, communication with our clients and management of their campaigns will be seamless, really making Team part of their marketing team.
