The role: Telemarketing Operative

Team is a telemarketing company offering business to business calling on behalf of clients from a range of sectors. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a temporary or permanent basis, full time or part-time.

Duties and responsibilities:Working on behalf of our clients Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.

Progression Prospects:

The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a Senior Telemarketing Executive and the a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures

Skills and experience:

– experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.

-Able to achieve a dialing target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)

Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director

– Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

– Excellent spoken English

– Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

– Self motivated

– Work well within a team and as an individual

– Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull

Location: Shirley, Solihull

Salary: £17,000.00 pa pro rata

(Plus Commission Structure offering up to £2100.00 per annum)

Death in service and company pension scheme

29 days holiday per annum pro rata

Hours: Full time or part time or temporary work available

Main hours of work: between 9-5 Mon-Fri (early finish on Friday 2.45pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £17,000.00 to £19,000.00 /year
