Team are pleased to welcome their new telemarketing manager, Joanne Godridge, who commenced her new role in November 2011.
Joanne has extensive experience gained within the IT Services Sector. With a job remit ranging from the management of an internal national accounts team as well as field sales for major accounts. Skills include SCOTSMAN, Customer Service Skills, Business Continuity Planning, Exceed Sales Training, Team Building, Presentation Skills, and NLP Training. In addition she is an ISO9001 Internal Auditor.
Training and development is at the heart of the company, Joanne has complimented our ethos. A new and innovative training programme has been introduced by Joanne to support the staff and aid them in achieving and exceeding targets. We are delighted with the results and the buzz in the office.
