Well, obviously every company and sales situation is different, but it appears that overall the answer is a resounding YES!
Research by the DMA Contact Centres and Telemarketing Council has recently shown that businesses continue to underestimate the very effective results from telemarketing. The large majority of companies surveyed – 92% – said that it is effective, making it totally clear that telemarketing campaigns should be an essential ingredient in B2C and B2B marketing strategies.
