We are recruiting at the moment for staff in our Birmingham office.  We’ve obviously gone though the traditional channels of offline advertising and agencies, but also of course used social media to make people aware of the career opportunities we can offer at the moment.  But actually how effective is social media as a tool for recruitment or finding a new job?  Well, have a look at the results of a recent study in the infographic above.
