I think most of us agree that Music On Hold is better than no Music On Hold. Tastes vary tremendously and that is why Music On Hold tries to walk that fine line where it appeals to as many people as possible. A seventy five year old lady may not like at a all some contemporary up beat number as much as some eighteen year old school girl will not appreciate that old Music On Hold classic - The Four Seasons. There are limits and some poor caller left hanging around listening to inappropriate music is a lot to ask of anyone.

Where I work we license MOH with no recurring fees or ties to PRS/MSPS/BMI etc. We currently have six CD compilations with varying styles - http://www.whitebeetle.com/music-on-hold-cds-c-67.html
