Tastes vary tremendously and that is why Music On Hold tries to walk that fine line where it appeals to as many people as possible. A seventy five year old lady may not like at a all some contemporary up beat number as much as some eighteen year old school girl will not appreciate that old Music On Hold classic - The Four Seasons. There are limits and some poor caller left hanging around listening to inappropriate music is a lot to ask of anyone.
